Good to know before you start

Is this a real, nationally recognised qualification?

Yes. The qualification is nationally recognised and issued by our partner Registered Training Organisation (RTO). All Pathways is a third-party provider that helps you gather and complete your evidence — the formal assessment and certificate come from the partner RTO.

Am I guaranteed to get qualified?

No — and anyone who promises that isn't being straight with you. Whether you're assessed as competent depends on your evidence meeting the requirements of each unit, and that decision sits with the partner RTO. What we give you is the structure, tools and support to put your best evidence forward.

Do I have to stop working or sit in a classroom?

No. There are no classrooms and no set timetable. You build your evidence at your own pace, on your laptop or phone, around your job and your life.

What if I'm not great with technology?

It's about as simple as it gets — answer a few questions and upload photos from your phone, the same way you'd send a text with a picture. Our team reviews everything and tells you exactly what's needed, so you're never stuck.

Is the free week really free?

Yes. We collect your card when you sign up, but you're not charged anything for the first 7 days. After that it's $20/week, and you can cancel anytime — including during your free week — and pay nothing.

How long does it take?

It's up to you. With plenty of experience, many people move through in a few weeks. Prefer to chip away around work? Spread it over months. There's no deadline.
