All Pathways (ABN 68 108 607 420) ("we", "us") is a third-party education-services provider that helps you gather and complete evidence towards a nationally recognised qualification. Formal assessment and certificate issuance are carried out by our partner Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
To set up and assess your pathway we collect: your name, email and phone; the qualification and answers you give in our sign-up questions; your enrolment details (including your Unique Student Identifier); the evidence you provide (knowledge answers, work history, photos/video, supervisor details); and identity documents for verification. We also collect basic technical data (such as your device and usage) to run and improve the service.
We use your information to: create and run your account; build and review your evidence; submit your completed evidence to the partner RTO for assessment and issuance; process your $20/week subscription; provide support; and send you service and reminder messages. We do not sell your personal information.
Identity documents are collected only to verify who you are. Consistent with the Student Identifiers Act and good practice, we keep a record that your identity was verified (who, when and how) rather than retaining the document image any longer than necessary.
We share your evidence and relevant details with the partner RTO for the purpose of assessment and issuance, and with service providers that help us operate (such as secure hosting, our database/storage provider, and our payment processor). These providers are bound to protect your data and use it only to provide their service to us.
Your data is stored securely with access controls. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
You can access or correct your personal information, cancel your subscription at any time, and request deletion of your data subject to records we're required to keep for training and compliance purposes. Contact us to make a request.
If you start signing up, we may send you reminders to help you continue or activate your account. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
