All Pathways is an online platform that helps you work towards a nationally recognised qualification. You build your evidence — knowledge answers, work history, photos and video of your work, and a supervisor sign-off — at your own pace, on your phone or laptop. We're starting with the trades and adding more fields all the time, with the goal of covering every qualification.
We're a third-party provider. That means we handle the experience: gathering your evidence, supporting you, and getting it ready. The formal assessment and the certificate itself are completed by our partner Registered Training Organisation (RTO), under a written agreement. They own the competency decision; we own making the journey as painless as possible.
Experienced workers who never got the paperwork, and newcomers still building their experience. There's no "are you good enough" gate — if you want a path, there's a path. Some people finish in a few weeks, others build it up over months. Both are completely fine.
Cost and risk are the two biggest reasons people put this off. So we removed both: a small weekly price instead of a big upfront fee, and the freedom to cancel anytime. No lock-in, no pressure.
We'll never tell you that you're "guaranteed" to get qualified — that depends on meeting the requirements of each unit, and that's how it should be. What we promise is honest support, a clear process, and the best possible shot at the qualification you're working towards.
